Shipping Information
For all in stock items, we shoot for a 1 day turnaround. Personalized items can have a processing time frame of 1-3 days plus the shipping time. If you need an order expedited please let us now. We will do our best to accommodate.
Return & Refund Policy
In regards to returns, we accept returns within 1 week of purchasing the product. Please note this is for NON-PERSONALIZED items. For personalized items, we do not accept returns. If there was damage to the product upon receipt or we made an error in the personalization, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
